This notice concerns the World Market Atlas website. The project contact for privacy questions and requests is worldmarketatlas@gmail.com. World Market Atlas is the publication name; the editorial signature used on authored material is Gallus Herodicus.
Browsing and technical data
Your browser sends information needed to deliver pages and API requests, including an IP address, browser details and requested URLs. Hosting and infrastructure providers may keep technical and security logs. We use these services to operate the site, diagnose faults and protect it against misuse.
Preferences on your device
Browser local storage remembers choices such as language and appearance. Other interactive features may remember their settings. This information stays on your device unless a feature sends a request. You can remove stored preferences in your browser; the site will return to its defaults.
Messages, orders and payments
If you email us or submit a service form, we receive the details you provide, such as your email, requested company and message. They are used to handle the request and agreed service. Hosting, Resend and Gmail support delivery. Stripe handles checkout and payment data; the site receives order and payment-status information, not your full card details.
Market data and external services
Searches and interactive tools send the requested symbols, markets or other selections to the site's APIs and data suppliers. External links open services with their own privacy practices. Do not put confidential personal or account information into market searches or general contact messages. Some charts load embedded TradingView content, sending browser technical data directly to that provider under its own privacy and cookie practices.
Advertising and Google
Google advertising is planned, but ad serving is disabled until it is enabled with the required consent setup. If enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage or identifiers for ad delivery, personalization, measurement and fraud prevention. Where consent is required, these advertising features must wait for your choice. The Privacy choices button shows the currently available controls.
Analytics, suppliers and retention
We do not currently configure a separate audience analytics service for this site. Technical logs and advertising measurement, if enabled, are different activities. Service providers may process information in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards. Information is kept only as needed for the request, service, security or applicable legal obligations; retention depends on the data and provider.
Your choices and requests
Use Privacy choices to review available advertising controls, and your browser to manage device storage. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email the project contact with enough context to locate the request. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority, including UODO in Poland.
